According to the My Digital Life blog a new version of Windows 7 with the build number 7022 has been leaked to the Internet. The leak is already available on various P2P networks from where it can be downloaded. The build tag of the leaked release is 7022.winmain.090115-1850 which will be displayed on the desktop after installation. The download has a size of 2.47 Gigabytes. The build was compiled on January 15, almost a month ago.
No news yet on the changes in this new build other than that a release candidate version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is included in Windows 7 build 7022.
