i obtained a copy of windows 7 6801 64 bit
and my god is the internet laggy. im getting a fluctuating download speeds and while gaming my pin is phenomenal, is there a service of some sort causing this

i decided to  be a little smarter after tryign mutliple services and look at the network manager...
somehow something call btdna got instaleld some sort of bit torrent bg program.
if anyone seems to be lagging check your progam files for DNA, delete it.
