Windows7 – How to Install MS Security Essentials – and Warning: Watch for ScareWare

The Malware program, Security Essentials 2010, is the Trojan:Win32/Fakeinit, that infects Windows PCs, and, on the contrary it does not remove malware. In fact it truly is scareware because it not only installs the fake scanner component, then it also monitors other running processes and it attempts to terminate the ones it doesn’t like. So your malware prevention programs could be turned off.

Maybe it’s a Bit Harsh — But the Two Gorillas Are at it Again

Consider how the computer market has moved in the past 25 years. Initally, the PC on the desktop was the model. Then it moved to the PC on the network model, then to the PC on the Internet model, and the next one is supposed to be the PC on the Cloud model. The Cloud model is supposed to be the future of computing. Because it will drive how information and applications get to the user. Who controls the delivery mechanism is what this fight is all about.

What Windows has Done Right

I’ll be comparing to a Mac the things that, I believe, Windows has done right, because Mac is well-known and very respected in the OS field. This doesn’t mean that I think Mac’s are useless or rough to use, but Windows 7 has done some things right and I’d like to point them out. (Warning: The following is opinionated)
I [...]
